I’m honored to post stories of frontline workers. I want to personally thank them for their hard work and for reminding us that hard times don’t create heroes, they reveal them. – Terri

Robert Francis’ Tribute:

I would like to nominate my brother Kurt Russell Francis. He has been involved in both Gulf Wars and Operation Enduring Freedom. He suffers from PTSD due to this. He is a tractor trailer driver. He goes to work everyday delivering needed supplies to companies. Unfortunately he has lost a kidney recently and is suffering from prostate cancer but still finds the strength everyday(well, almost everyday)to get up at 5:00 AM and work 10 hour days. He battles everyday and just recently in November contacted COVID19. He did his two week quarantine but was back to work. During the Christmas rush he worked 6 days a week at 10-11 hours a day. I don’t know how he does it. At 58 years old he does more in one week in his condition than people half his age. We can only hope and pray he can be with us for at least another 20 years. Thank you for your time in reading this.
