I’m honored to post stories of frontline workers. I want to personally thank them for their hard work and for reminding us that hard times don’t create heroes, they reveal them. – Terri

Alli Murray’s Tribute to Courtney Murray

I’d like to nominate my older sister Courtney for her kind soul, willingness to help others, and persistence during the pandemic. My sister didn’t have a traditional college graduation in 2020, as it was in the middle of the pandemic, but that didn’t stop her from persisting through obstacles that came her way. After graduating, she got a job at Recovery Centers of America to help people struggling with addiction. It’s not an easy job, but she still comes home smiling and grateful that she has the opportunity to help people. She has a shining and caring personality that immediately lights up every room and touches every soul. It’s because of her selflessness and her ability to keep persisting through challenges that I look up to her!
