The October 18 & 19, 2011 Terri Clark performance at McPhillips Station Casino has been rescheduled.
Unfortunately, due to illness, the Terri Clark performance, scheduled for Tuesday, October 18, and Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at McPhillips Station Casino has been rescheduled. Ticketmaster Corporate Offices will be sending an email announcement with show details to customers who purchased online, and calling customers who purchased via phone centres. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise those customers who purchased in person at a Ticketmaster Outlet. Customers wanting to attend the rescheduled performance should retain their tickets, as they will be valid for the rescheduled show as follows:
- October 18th tickets will be valid for November 9, 2011
- October 19th tickets will be valid for November 10, 2011
If customers wish to receive a refund for their tickets, they will need to follow the following refund procedures below, based on their method of ordering, and payment. Refunds will be available only until November 1, 2011. Customers who have purchased concert tickets over the phone or Internet and have printed them – Tickets are required to be returned in person, or mailed to the Ticketmaster Administrative office, at #220 – 260 Hargrave Street (adjacent to Tavern United Downtown) Customers who have purchased concert tickets over the phone or Internet and have not yet printed them – The card holder should call Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1-855-985-4357 to have charges refunded. Customers who have purchased concert tickets in person at any Ticketmaster outlet will be required to present their tickets at the same Ticketmaster outlet to receive a refund. Customers will receive the refund in the same method in which they purchased the tickets. (e.g. Customers, who paid by credit card, will receive a refund on their credit card).
