Melt a stick of butter and add chopped onion and celery and salt, pepper, sage, tyme and poultry seasoning- put in the microwave until the onions and celery are soft and butter melted ( 4-5 minutes)
If you buy fresh bread just tear it up and put on baking sheet in low temp oven to hardened – or just buy a bag of bread cubes and then add then onion/celery mixture and chicken broth to moisten..taste and add more seasoning if you want- if it is moist and bread is all kind of sticking together put in a baking dish for and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
