Nashville, TN (March 5, 2014): Terri Clark’s PledgeMusic campaign has proven to be wildly popular among her fans! The campaign was launched about one month ago with direct-to-fan platform PledgeMusic for her next studio album and has already reached over 100% of funding.
The PledgeMusic campaign has given fans the opportunity to interact directly with Clark and follow every step of the process of making an album. Clark has been sending updates to fans with weekly photos, videos, and blog posts. Two “Pledgers” were guests in the studio with Clark and producer Michael Knox as they recorded the first five tracks of the album. Another “Pledger” spent the day on set of the photo shoot for the new album this week.

Clark got her start playing for tips at Nashville’s famous Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge which led to a record deal and string of hit songs such as “Girls Lie Too,” “I Just Wanna Be Mad,” “Poor Poor Pitiful Me,” and “I Wanna Do It All.” She is the reigning 2013 CCMA Entertainer of the Year, an award she’s taken home a total of eight times. Clark is the only Canadian female artist to be inducted into the Grand Ole Opry and has toured with superstars such as Reba McEntire, Brad Paisley, George Strait and Toby Keith. In 2013, Clark took on the role of morning radio show co-host on “America’s Morning Show.” She can be heard on over twenty NASH-FM Cumulus radio stations across the country every morning with Blair Garner, and Chuck Wicks.
