Chris Cottros
Guitarist Chris Cottros grew up in Florence, South Carolina and has been playing guitar since age 11. Initially inspired to learn songs by The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, Chris began serious study of the guitar upon hearing the music of Jeff Beck, Larry Carlton, Allan Holdsworth and Pat Metheny. He is a graduate of the Guitar Institute Of Technology in Hollywood, Ca. and holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Performance from Berklee College Of Music, Boston, Mass.
An active player in the Nashville music scene, Chris has performed or recorded with such diverse artists as: Bryan Beller, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Engelbert Humperdink, Jim Brickman, Lee Ann Womack, Lila McCann, Lorrie Morgan, Percy Sledge, Randy Houser, Steve Holy, and The Floating Men. In addition, his playing can be heard on numerous T.V. and radio jingles.
